Hyphenview architecture consists of RPT files from Crystal Report tool and report engine. Report engine should interact with Crystal report tool database and RPT files. End users can interact with report engine and they can generate /print /export reports. Report engine is interacting with exchange server for mail sending functionality in scheduling reports.

Dashboard allows user to do analysis of reports as well as pictorial representation in terms of Charts (Pie, Bar, Column chart).

The side navigation menu bar allows user to navigate to different menu’s such as Reports Management and User Management according to their defined roles.

Admin users has the ability to customize their dashboard in terms of drag the reports (charts & data tables) as per their requirement.
Add Databases easily
For a new client, dashboard is blank with a button which navigate them to Add Database page (AddDatabase.jsp).
Ease of Use
Admin user has the functionality to add, update and delete reports from the dashboard. User can customize the data according to their need.
